Buyer (registered participant on the 2019 IAEVG International Conference) agrees with the processing of personal data by the Seller in the scope below.
The operator of the website responsible for the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
Affected person – buyer, operator – internet website operator www.iaevgconference2019.sk.
List of personal data: name, surname, street and number, postcode, city, email, telephone contact, organization details, and cookies. Learn more about cookies.
Purposes of processing personal data: issuing a tax document, contacting the participant for the registration, fulfilling the contract or other legitimate interest. Personal data may not be further processed in a way that is incompatible with these purposes.
Recipients – web site operator www.iaevgconference2019.sk, Association for Career Guidance and Career Development (host of the IAEVG 2019 International conference).
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise provide your personal information to third parties other than the intermediaries mentioned above.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data:
The processing of personal data (name, surname, title, street and number, postcode, city, company data) is required under a special regulation or an international treaty binding on the Slovak Republic. In particular, according to Act no. 222/2004 Coll. on value added tax.
Processing of personal data (email, telephone contact) is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.
Retention period of personal data: 10 years.
The data subject also agrees to the terms of trade at the same time as its explicit and unconditional consent for the operator to process its personal data for the abovementioned purposes during the aforementioned period and to the extent indicated above. The person concerned has the right at any time to withdraw his / her consent. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to its revocation. The person concerned is required to provide true and up-to-date personal information. The rights of the person concerned are governed by Chapter 3 of the GDPR. It is, for example, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the right to object to processing, the right to request the operator access to personal data relating to the person concerned, the right to rectify or delete or restrict the processing of personal data, and the right to data portability.
