Roberta Neault
Dr. Roberta Neault, CCC, CCDP, GCDFi, President of Life Strategies Ltd. and Project Director with the Canadian Career Development Foundation, is an award-winning career development specialist. Roberta’s work has been recognized with the 2002 Stu Conger Award for Leadership in Career Counselling and Career Development in Canada, 2011 Gold Medal for International Leadership in Career Development, and 2019 Etta St. John Wileman Award for Lifetime Achievement in Career Development. Most recently, she was named as a Fellow with the National Career Development Association in the United States.
As a counsellor-educator, corporate trainer, consultant, author, and international speaker, Roberta currently juggles a small private practice as a career counsellor/coach with international travel, teaching online, consulting, writing, and research. Roberta has taught throughout North America and in China, Indonesia, and Saudi Arabia on a wide variety of career-related topics. She has written several invited career-related chapters, journal articles, and books including co-editing the recently published Career Theory and Models at Work: Ideas for Practice and a chapter in the new Handbook of Innovative Career Counselling. Roberta recently retired as Associate Dean of the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences for Yorkville University and served on Team Canada for the 2019 International Symposium on Career Development and Public Policy in Norway.
